We've recently completed a sustainable townhouse renovation and addition in Park Slope, Brooklyn. The project integrated energy efficient features into the design for an ultra energy efficient home that puts comfort first. Sustainable upgrades include solar panels, ERV fan for fresh air, triple paned windows for sound and comfort, extra insulation and air sealing for comfort and low energy bills, and energy efficient appliances. Con Edison and the NY1 TV station have featured the home on their outlets. See the videos here https://bcove.video/33RSlyL and the upgrades.
